2006 was a good year for the staff at AirLobster Pty Ltd. We were named the "Exporter of the Year" by the Hong Kong
Australia Business Association, South Australian Chapter, up against some large and quality opposition. It was a huge
honour to be named this, and shows some recognition of our goals to provide first class quality seafood to our markets.
Patrick Hedges was also a finalist in the "Entrepreneur of the Year" category.

Patrick has been in the live lobster industry since 1990. In 1994, Peter established AirLobster Pty Ltd and, together
with Patrick and Ramy Kan, we have been trading successfully ever since.
