Live lobsters. AirLobster has a facility that can handle a stocking density of ten tonnes of live lobsters comfortably.

It is a very modern production facility and very efficient. We hold our lobsters in a clean and healthy environment so

that they arrive in good condition in the marketplace.

 

We separate these on arrival into the following size ranges:

A..........unders 600 grams
B..........600-800 grams

C..........800 grams - 1.0 kilogram
D..........1.0 - 1.5 kilograms
E..........1.5 - 2.0 kilograms
F..........2.0 - 2.5 kilograms
G..........2.5 - 3.0 kilograms
H..........over 3.0 kilograms
