Vivonne Bay is a delightful little tourist and fishing village of about

20 houses and a population of around 50, a general store, an outdoor education centre and a lobster fishing fleet working in beautiful clear

blue waters. AirLobster buys direct from responsible fishermen who

have the interest of the industry at heart. We hold the lobsters in

our tanks here for a couple of days before transfer to our headquarters

in Adelaide where they are prepared for export to various corners of the globe. Our facility at Vivonne Bay is regularly visited by tourists and schools who can see the systems at work and also purchase lobsters for their dinner.
